Sample Text	f.68v.1: In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful f.68v.3: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets, and his family and all his companions. f.68.5v: As for what follows, this is a simple gloss on the science of arithmetic that anyone who wants to begin the obligatory prayers is obliged to know, God willing. I know that the cardinal numbers are three - f.78v.1: The first quotient, which is sixty, on the second quotient, which is fifteen, so the answer is four, and if the fifteenth part of the sixty is reversed, the answer is a quarter. And according to this measure, and in this amount, it is sufficient, and God knows best - f.78v.3 Then the book Al-Ma` in Arithmetic for the world. The scholar Shihab al-Din Ahmad, known as Ibn al-Haym, may God have mercy on him. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds f.78v.6 The completion of this blessed copy was at the hands of the poor servant to his Almighty Lord, who confessed his sin with negligence, Taj al-Din ibn Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Taj al-Din al-Taji al-Ba`ali. May God forgive him, them, and those who read it, and prayed for forgiveness for them and for all Muslims. Amen
