Sample Text f.2v.1: In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful f.2v.4: Praise be to God, who is sufficient for all else with His abundant bounties f.2v.10: As for what follows, the masterpiece of Hamwiyya for students of Arabic science, which I dictated to some students, has greatly benefited, and the question has been repeatedly asked by some until I explain it in an explanation that clarifies what is wrong with it. I sought God Almighty’s guidance and proceeded with a gentle explanation that would remove its difficulties, and here I am embarking on what is meant by the help of God, the worshiped King, so I say. I added this letter to the basmalah and said, “In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful” — f.113v.17: And the argument of the one who deleted it in the non-manun in the endowment is that he determined the endowment for the evil by denouncing the Alif and the Tanun, then he inserted the alif and the lam into its cause after deleting them, and the argument for the first is stronger, and know that the omitted is not
