Sample Text f.2v.3: In the name of. God, the Most Gracious. The Most Merciful. f.2v.4: Praise be to God, His due praise, prayers and peace be upon His Messenger and His servant f.2v.4: After this is a nice overview of the description of work with the price of a circle, know that I have devised this instrument. In the year 647, I chose this only because of the desirability of its shape, the lightness of its carrying, and the abundance of its benefits. A chapter on knowing the drawing of this instrument - f.3v.1: And the string is moved until the ruler falls on the arcades of elevation of the arcades that are below the horizon. So if the string is cut from the arch of elevation starting from the midday line, then the reward of the ruler will be attained, and it will not happen unless the ruler is preferred to eat the one who understands this and the rest will be pleased. The deeds on that instrument are as in a quarter of the arches, except that the price is folded up and its parts are folded. I found someone who has a skill with instruments, and God knows best.
