Notes This is a historically significant booklet, which features Urdu translation of the letters (maktubat) of the renowned Sufi saint of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region, Sayyid ʿAli Tirmidhi, also known as Pir Baba. The booklet begins with a detailed account of Pir Baba Sayyid ʿAli Tirmidhi's life, including his family lineage, the Chishti and Kubrawi Sufi orders, his disciples (khulafa), noble descendants, his passing, prominent personalities associated with him, and his writings. The preface is written by Miyan Zahir Shah Qadiri. Following this, the Urdu translation of the 15 letters is provided. After the translation, the original Persian text of these letters is included, along with footnotes.
