Notes It was decided, with the advice of Vasii Karamanlaki Ahmed Efendi, that the minor orphan should practice the art of coffee making under the supervision of his guardian, in the coffeehouse located in the street called Pigazaki in Chania, under the throne of Mustafa Agha, in order to earn his daily wage. Since it has been decided that the mentioned coffee house team should be exchanged in the name of the orphan by using the orphan's funds in the Charity Fund, a petition is submitted to the Charity Directorate for the execution of the request.
