Notes Previous to 1897, mouteveli was obliged to offer 1/4 of incomes of Vakif to the administration according to the new regulations of 1899, the Vakif estate became the private property of the Mouteveli, who payed to the administration a 1000 dr. compensation. The administration supports that according to the law he had to pay 2000 dr. and asks for the rest of the money appeal by the plaintiff against the first decision of the court accepted under the condition that he will take the oath.
