Notes The second one supports that according to the contract no 3282 signed in 1882 in presence of the Chania Notary Ahmet Dolmadaki, he bought a farm next to the tomb of Gazi Moustafa Pasa the Evkaf attached the former street between the Vakif and his land and tried to attach part of his property in order to use it as a street both the Court of First Instance and the court of appeal accepts his suit provided he will take the relevant oath
