Notes Plaintiff supports that in 1909 Zeinep Hanoum, daughter of Kends Ali Aga dedicate to Mosque of Daratsou Kidonias Village her real estates at the periphery of Daratsou after her death her daughter and present defendant should be appointed manager of Vakif. However, the Director claims that when he invited her to take the oath and be officially recognized as manager failed to appear therefore, he became manager of the Vakif the Court recognises as manager the imam of the mosque.
