This scientific study addresses an aspect that is least described as vital and pivotal in the Arab-Israeli conflict represented by the Judaization of Jerusalem, by shedding light on the reality of the Zionist project centered on its goal of Judaizing Jerusalem. The study also aims to intensify its tools on the period of time that witnessed the beginnings of the emergence of the plans and mechanisms used at that time for the Jews to implement their goals, so that we learn about the historical development of this project and its methods aimed at Israelizing stone and people, and we can learn - through what we will present Later - to the change or development in the methods they followed due to regional and global circumstances and developments, whether negatively or positively affecting their project. This study chose to address the research axes by relying on the cultural and civilizational heritage of Arab societies, especially Ottoman documents, which are considered a pristine and original source that chronicles the city of Jerusalem in its various aspects of life during Ottoman rule. And the Jews, as part of the demographic composition of the Jerusalemite community, have recorded many issues in which the Jews were involved. After examining these sources dating back to the Ottoman period, I found a fair amount of documents that talk about the reality of their situation there that are worthy of study, because of their importance in knowing the first beginnings of the presence of the Jews in Jerusalem before the establishment of the Zionist movement. This study also considered it necessary to address this topic. To reveal the reality of life and the nature of the plans and behaviors practiced by the Jews in Jerusalem to strengthen their presence there on the one hand, and to control what can be controlled of the Holy City on the other hand.
