Notes This research deals with an aspect of the biography of the most prominent ruler of Al-Quds Al-Sharif during the Ottoman era, known by his name and title, Muhammad Pasha, the owner of good deeds. This study chose to address this topic because of its importance in revealing the personality of this ruler who was not done justice by the films of historians. Then the study went back to a stage of his rule in Al-Quds in order to know this character closely, and then verify the nature of the deeds and benefits that he provided to the people of Al-Quds Al-Sharif. He was known for controlling security, stability and reconstruction. The country, and restoring the balance between the Christian sects as it was before. The study also highlighted the ways in which he dealt with the environmental disasters that befell the Jerusalem District during this period of his rule, represented by the drought that prevailed at that time.
