Notes	The art of Decoration and gilding is considered one of the most important Works of the Islamic book. The first appearance of these Works on the Quran manuscripts was the first basis of the book's art. The art of Decoration and gilding received the greatest share of care and attention in Islamic times, especially in the Ottoman era. in addition to the introduction, The research included an explanation of the Decoration, gilding, types and extent of its development during ottoman era, and its use in the Quran and Islamic manuscripts. The study adopts the analytic descriptive approach of types of Decoration used in that period. The research also concluded with the main of the study, and finally the margins and sources.
