Notes This article is about Celâlzâde Mustafa Çelebi (d. 975/1567), the chief secretary and marksman of Aleppo's famous scholar Radıyyüddin İbnü'l-Hanbelî (d. 971/1563) in the most famous imperial council of the period, during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent, which was the most powerful period of the Ottoman Empire in Aleppo. It contains the analysis of a treatise he wrote dedicated to him. The work is an important work written in the field of state clerkship and construction science and will have a place in the literature. There are many factors that make the work important. The most important of these factors is that it was written by a great language scholar and historian, a member of a scientific family famous for these two sciences. Another factor that makes the work important is that it was written as a dedication to the most famous chief secretary and marksman of the state, during the reign of Suleiman the Magnificent, who was considered the peak of the Ottoman Empire. Because Celâlzâde Mustafa Çelebi played the most important role in getting Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent this nickname. It is possible to discuss the work under three main headings. Under the first heading, the author gives detailed information with examples about areas that scribes should cover, such as the Quran, hadiths, language and poetry. After important information and real-life examples about the virtues and superiorities of scribes in the second title, in the third section, a couplet poem containing the name of Celâlzâde Mustafa Çelebi, which he had hidden from the beginning of the work, and praising him, was hidden in the first letters of a long ode. It is stated that the work, in which the couplets are clearly written on the last page of the work, was copied by the author's father in Edirne.
