This research aims to shed light on the position of Arab authorities on the policy of Sultan Abdul Hamid II regarding the constitutional issue and the Palestinian issue. Accordingly, specific examples of Arabic references were chosen as they reflect different viewpoints on the positions of Sultan Abdul Hamid II, and the most important issues of his time, such as his positions: on the constitutional issue, on the Palestinian issue, and on the most important challenges that he faced. The research relied on the descriptive and analytical historical method based on collecting historical scientific material from its authentic sources, then analyzing and employing it in formulating historical events, as well as documenting it in a systematic historical manner.
