II, one of the most influential sultans of Ottoman modernization. The treatise titled Hulâsatu'l-Burhan fî İtaati's Sultan by Yâsincizâde Abdülvehhâb Efendi, who served as sheikh al-Islam for about five years during the reign of Mahmud, is one of the important works of the period. Because in this treatise II. The reforms made by Mahmud were supported by religious evidence. In this regard, Hz. Twenty-five hadiths transmitted from the Prophet (pbuh) were presented within the tradition of writing forty hadiths, forming a unity within the framework of obedience to the sultan. The aim of the study is to contribute to the studies on the history of Ottoman modernization by transliterating this text. The hadiths recorded in the treatise have been investigated and compiled. In order to determine the style used by Yâsincizâde in his hadith translations, the hadith texts and the translation were matched by us. In addition, the sources of the treatise were revealed and the contents of the hadiths were summarized and evaluated briefly.
