This research deals with the topic of "Manifestations of American Hegemony in the Turkish Poet Kemal Sayar"; As literature was and still is at the heart of political events and global conflicts, especially poetry, and the research included several axes preceded by an introduction and a preface. These axes were represented by the poet’s revelation of contemporary American influence and its attempts at hegemony on the global scene, and its use of the events of September 11, 2001, as a pretext to impose that hegemony in accordance with the new American thought, using his poetic experience as a field to unveil America and its bloody history, and its role in killing the children of Iraq. And Afghanistan, using poetic artistic means, as a way to express these political facts, and from here lies the importance of the study. The Turkish poet highlighted the consequences of political events on the lands of Arab and Islamic countries. The study adopted the historical approach, which explains literary phenomena through political facts, and this applies to the American situation in the contemporary time. Among the results of the study was: The poet took it upon himself to deliver a message to the recipient through which he reveals America’s deception and falsity, arousing his resolve and arousing his enthusiasm until he rises from his depression and awakens from his slumber. From this standpoint, he draws his poetic vision and reveals the turmoil in the global balance, through his deliberate use of the paradoxes between America and the Ottoman Empire.
