Notes
A constitutional lawsuit, like any other lawsuit, must meet specific conditions. While there are general and common conditions that apply to all types of lawsuits, the constitutional lawsuit has special conditions due to the specificity of its nature. This article reviews the conditions for accepting a constitutional lawsuit in the Islamic judicial system, and analyzes those conditions in light of Islamic judiciary. There are also a number of requirements that the plaintiff must fulfill in order for his claim to be heard before the courts in the Islamic system, which are the eligibility and seriousness of the claim, in addition to the condition of interest.
