Notes This research Study The Policy which Ottoman empire followed ,the empire which appeared as a small state on the border during the beginning of fourteenth century in the same time when Seljuki state began to decline towards Anadol small States which were ten states . Ottoman states aimed to unite Anadol under its power in spite of its being the Smallest in its erea and population .it achieved its first step to its aim in the year 1345 when it occupied the small state of Qarase in spite of resistance which it facd from the strongest small states such as Qaraman and Krimian . We can mark three periods that the ottoman policy passed through towards Anadol , the first the period of peace with the small state during the role of two princes ,ottman and his son Orkhan , the second covered the period of the role of Sultan Murad in which the princes of Anadol began to follow the authority of ottoman state , the third covered by the rol of Sultan Byzed which characterized by fast opening more area of Anadol.
