Notes The Sunni will is one of the types of documents pertaining to the Sultan. What is meant by the Sultan’s documents are the documents issued by him, whether written by him in his handwriting or written on his behalf by a writer. These documents are of six types: (Decree, Innocence, Ahd Nama, Name of Humayun, Humayun’s Line, Sunni Will). These documents differ from each other in terms of form, features, pillars, and reasons for issuance. Each document is issued on a specific subject. The term “Sunni will” means an order issued by the Sultan. The will is divided into two parts, the oral will and the written will. The written will is the one that is written on the presentation ticket submitted from the position of primacy to the Presidency of the Writing of Al-Mabin Al-Hamayouni, and the oral will is the will that is issued orally to those present in the position of primacy in the presence of the Sultan. The editorial will is divided into three sections: “A will on the presentation ticket, a direct will, and a will on a special ticket.” The research aims to analyze these documents and criticize them according to the elements of diplomatic criticism, their origin, types, characteristics, characteristics and pillars.
