Islam and its men played an important role in Islamic history, and that importance was translated into many fields of Islamic arts, including Islamic photography. Among the most important scholars of Islamic religion as a whole were the imams of the four schools of thought, may God be pleased with them all. On whose imamate all Sunni Muslims, regardless of their orientations and sects, agree, and these imams agree on all the principles of jurisprudence, and differ in some branches, and the sub-issues in which they differed are what constituted the emergence of the four well-known jurisprudential schools of thought (the Hanafi school of thought, the Maliki school of thought, the Shafi’i school of thought, and the Hanbali school of thought). Some of the artists of the Ottoman School of Painting, whether in the studio of the capital, Istanbul, or in the center of Baghdad, Iraq, drew pictures of the four imams in some of the copies of the illuminated manuscripts, out of gratitude for their great role in preserving the purified Sunnah of the Prophet. Despite the small number of these paintings and the similarity of some of them in artistic treatment, they contributed, albeit to a small extent, to emphasizing their religious role and not neglecting it, and reminding people of them through the field of Islamic photography. Abstract Islam Religion and its Men had an important role in Islamic History, which in turn had a great impact on Islamic Arts, including Islamic Painting. They were of the most important scholars in Islamic religion as a whole, the four Imams, May God be pleased with them all, whose Imams unanimously agreed upon by all Muslims of the Sunnis in all Their Orientations and Denominations, and these the Imams Agree on all Jurisprudential Principles, and Differ in Some Branches, and the Sub-Issues in Which They Differed Are What Formed the emergence of the four Well-Knomn Schools of Jurisprudence (Hanafi School, Maliki School, Shafi’I School, Hanbali School). Some of the artists of the Ottoman Painting School, Whether in the Studio of the Capital Istanbul or in the city Center of Baghdad in Iraq, drew portraits of the Four Imams im Some Copies of the Decorated Manuscripts, in recognition of their great role in preserving the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, and despite the lack of these Paintings and their resemblance to artistic treatment, they contributed even if a little in embossing their religious role and not neglecting it and reminding people of them through Islamic painting.
