| Notes | In this study, we tried to examine the "victim issue in crimes committed against individuals" theoretically and practically in an article. Islam addresses the issue in the context of private law. Great importance has been given to human life and immunity, and it has been demonstrated both theoretically and as sanctions in practice that there is nothing that can be destroyed for nothing. |
