Kurdish region were distributed till the End of the world war I amongst three countries : Iran, Russia and ottoman state and its hereditary Turky, but the ottoman defeat during the war made the Kurdistan of Turky to be an international and regional issue as well as national issue. That the Kurdish leaders been active to achieve their political ambitions, So they established new societies besides the old one, and they sent delegations to the peace conferences to expose their issue in there international quarters and made them to be known of it . the cevar treaty was about to achieve the Kurdish hopes of establishing independent Kurdistan state but the kamal’s vectories in the battle field have changed many of the international and regional policies and attitudes, which result in, at the end , to deny these rights and obliterate it in Lozan conference.
