Notes Repetition and Identification in the Fradition Architecture in Mosul in the Ottoman Period . The current study uncovers the Repeated and identical elements in the traditical Architecture in the Mosul in the Ottoman period . These elements refer to deeprooted implieation that resulted from accumulative experience from old expertise upon the Mosuli architect in genral . These elements were to achive ceratin environmental, Social ,and economic requirenements idealy . In this study ,We attempt to investigate the question of repetition and identiealneces that were envisaged in many architectural elements like the entrance that was exist in the mosques ,The houses the (khan) and so that other types of building, Similarly ,The study the iwans and windouis were in the houses and its repetition and identicalness in the other parts of the houses . Morevere, the study carries on the mention something about decorative voults the ornemated the eatrance the iwan ,and sanctuary in the mosques . The mousel architect relied on cantilever that was existing in the upper part of the minirates . He also relied on the repatition and identicaliness at the same time in the addition to the written inscription that were orientating the mosque, shrines and houses .
