Notes The research deals with one of the most important topics, which is expressing an opinion in Ottoman Egypt and the importance of opinion on many issues in life in Ottoman Egypt, especially in the political field, and trying to express an opinion to those in charge of the political situation in order to intervene to try to reform, especially for the administration and their assistants, as well as expressing an opinion by the public, the private, and those close to the ruling administration in the field of the judiciary, as well as expressing an opinion in the craft, industrial, and agricultural fields and various activities. Perhaps expressing an opinion is useful in reform and providing assistance in the administrative field and the field of selecting security personnel and the social field in Ottoman Egypt. The research also deals with expressing an opinion in the intellectual and cultural field in Ottoman Egypt. The research also comments on the controls that exist in expressing an opinion so that the opinion presented is in the interest of work and in the interest of providing assistance to any party that needs the right opinion. Hence the importance of the research, especially since the important and necessary opinion cannot be dispensed with in the event that we need it to solve many problems in our lives.
