The first section deals with the wars and treaties that preceded the Kutchuk Kinarji Treaty. It dealt with the Ottoman-European conflict over the Ottoman Empire. Especially Russia in the era of Peter the Great and its permanent attempts to devote its influence to the High Gate. The second topic dealt with the Russo-Ottoman War 1768-1774, the Kutchuk Kinarji treatment and the reasons for its seasons and its impacts on the Ottoman Empire. . The treaty has widely been the door for Russia to impose much more conditions and found great in terfence for it inside ottman state. that also led to open the door for European interforences inside Ottoman state. The research was divided into two axes, preceded by a historical introduction: - Then the introduction dealt with the conditions of the Ottoman Empire in general, touching on the causes of its weakness and deterioration, while the first topic dealt with the wars and treaties that preceded the Kucuk-Keynarci Treaty, as it touched on the Ottoman-European conflict over the Ottoman Empire, especially Russia during the reign of Peter the Great, and its constant attempts to consolidate its influence with the Sublime Porte, while the second topic touched on the Russian-Ottoman war. 1768 - 1774, and the Treaty of Koçek-Kınarci and the reasons for its conclusion and its effects on the Ottoman Empire, as it opened the door wide for Russia to impose more conditions and find a foothold for itself within the Ottoman Empire, which later paved the way for more European interventions within the Ottoman Empire.
