The research at hand includes a model of a dangerous event in the field of espionage between Tsarist Russia and the Ottoman Empire, which had an important impact on the development of matters between them in 1853 AD in the midst of the Crimean War that Russia launched against the Ottoman Empire in the aforementioned year in an attempt to divide its kingdoms and increase Russian economic, religious and geographical influence. The study also sheds light on some information, which gives an idea of the hidden and exciting world of espionage. The study made it clear that a spy is a person who works in In secret, or under a false slogan; To obtain information about the military operations of a belligerent state, with the aim of conveying it to another state that is hostile to it; To strengthen its front, and to serve its political and strategic interests, the results also showed that espionage is an issue that contains a number of contradictions. The importance of this research lies in that it is a first-class documentary, based on the Ottoman documents, preserved in the Ottoman archives of the Presidency of the Turkish Republic in Istanbul, which reveal the policy pursued by Russia against the Ottoman Empire through historical facts. The importance of the research is also evident in highlighting the manifestations of hostility between the Russian Empire and the Ottoman Empire in the nineteenth century, and knowing the strength of peoples and nations, the extent of their prosperity or extinction, and the relentless pursuit of the powerful to control, and Determining fate by all means, whether legitimate or not. : This research includes a pattern of one of the most important events in the field of the espionage between the Russian Tsarist and the Ottoman Ejmpire which had a great role in the development of events between them in 1853 AD. Through the Crimean war that Russia launched against the Ottoman Empire in the attempt to divide its kingdoms and increase the Russian economic, religious, and geographical influence. This research also sheds lights on the hidden and exciting world of espionage and showed that the spy is the person who works in a hidden way or under a false slogan to get information about. Military operations of a warring country to deliver it to the hostile country, to strengthen its situation and to serve its political and strategic interests. The results showed that the espionage issue contains many contradictions. The importance of this research is based on that it's documentary from the first class that depends on Ottoman documents which found in the Ottoman archives Affiliated to the Turkish Republic in Istanbul and that reveals Russia's policy against the Ottoman Empire through historical facts. The importance of this research also appears in showing the manifestations of hostility between the Russian Empire and the Ottoman Empire in the nineteenth century and knowing the power of people and nations, and the extent of their prosperity and extinction, and the continuous pursuit by the powerful to control and determine the fate by all means whether legitimate or not.
