Notes This study examines the royal khass in Liwa al-Quds in the tenth century AH/sixteenth century AD, dealing with the various fees and taxes that were current in it, and explaining the methods of its management and collection of its financial revenues and the entities that benefit from those revenues, which are the public state treasury and some religious institutions in Jerusalem, in addition to a number of religious office holders.
