We chose the village of Al-Sarih in the Ottoman era as a model, because it is a village based on agriculture and extensive information is available about it in Ottoman sources, and we focused on land ownership, debts and real estate, to record the lifestyle. In the Jordanian countryside during the Ottoman era.
