Notes The hidden conflict between the Ottoman and Persian states led to Iraq being the scene of their war operations, which were only to preserve the work of their interests and out of greed for Iraq, which represented an important strategic position. The conflict between the two states continued throughout history despite the conclusion of many treaties and protocols between the two parties, such as the First and Second Erzurum Agreement, the Tribute Protocol, and the Resolution Protocol. This conflict in which the two parties did not lose any of their lands. Rather, all the agreements relieved the major loss for the party that lost parts of its land and water in Ahwaz and the Shatt al-Arab, and thus it became a driving force for the two parties and a governed party that made it lose sovereignty and respect its own rule. Continuous conflict between Parisian and Ottoman states the results that Iraq became as ground for their battles which leads to their own interests in Iraq which are shape their strategy. The conflict continues for a long time. In spite of, they signed many treatments and protocols between the two sides, as Arzarom treaty, the first and the second, Tahran protocols, and Astana protocol. This conflict, no sides of them to dose any part of their land, but these treaties led to a big loss to Iraq, which lost parts of it's land and water area in Ahwaz and shatt AL-Arab, so, Iraq became as a smooth target for their interests, and lost its autonomy, and lost self-government of the country. So the research concludes the following.
