Notes {AR} Endowment documents are considered important sources in the field of studying Islamic antiquities in general, and Ottoman antiquities in particular. Because it provides us with valuable information, both about the antiquity itself, its owner, and various aspects of life for the time period contemporary with the period of the document. This research sheds light on the Al-Khatuniya Complex in the city of Manisa in light of its endowment document, because this document contains important information about the remaining and disappeared facilities of this complex, especially the buildings for which this complex was built. This document also revealed the contributions of women’s endowments in serving society during the Ottoman era. This research aims to study the Khatuniya Complex’s endowment document, introduce its owner, determine the site of the complex, then clarify the purpose of its establishment, and the conditions of the owner of the endowment, followed by an inventory of the endowments endowed to the complex and its expenses, and a study of the complex’s remaining and disappeared facilities through the endowment document, and knowledge of the operating system or workflow within its facilities. The study concludes by clarifying the wages of job holders, their number, and the qualities that must be present in them. {EN}The waqf documents are among the important sources in the field of studying Islamic antiquities in general, and Ottoman antiquities in particular. Because of the valuable information it provides us, both about the effect itself and its owner and the various aspects of life for the contemporary time period of the document period.
