Notes	The Levantine Qur’an is one of the Ottoman Qur’an copies that were copied during the caliphate of the Commander of the Faithful, Othman bin Affan - may God be pleased with him. It was unique in drawing words in the surahs of the Holy Qur’an with its own design, distinguishing it from other Ottoman Qur’an copies. These brushed Qur’anic words had an impact on the Arabic language, especially at the syntactic, rhetorical, and semantic level. This official distinction of the Levantine Qur’an was the reason for the title of the research to be limited to (Linguistic guidance of the brush words that are unique to the Levantine Qur’an). The research problem arises through the main question: What is the linguistic orientation of the brush words that are unique to the Levantine Qur’an? The following questions branch out from it: What is the importance of studying the Levantine Qur’an linguistically? What are the brush words that distinguish and uniquely characterize the Levantine Qur’an from all other Qur’ans? What are the linguistic connotations highlighted by the brush words that are unique to the Levantine Qur’an? The research aims to: explain the importance of studying the Levantine Qur’an linguistically, extrapolating the brush words that are unique to the Levantine Qur’an, directing them linguistically, and revealing their linguistic connotations. The approach followed for the research is the statistical approach in identifying the places that are unique to the Levantine Qur’an in the Holy Qur’an, from its beginning to its end, and placing those places in a linguistic classification, in accordance with the nature of the brush word, and the descriptive and analytical approach in linguistic guidance. The research contains an introduction and five sections. The conclusion of the research, its results and recommendations, and an index of its sources and references. One of the results of the research was that the number of places in which the Levantine Qur’an is unique compared to other Qur’an is seventeen places, and that the grammatical direction is the most prominent among the linguistic directions, followed by the rhetorical and semantic direction.
