If we trace in this research the dialectic of the formation of the Bulgarian emirate in 1878 after the Ottoman Empire controlled it for approximately 482 years, while highlighting its political development and the most important events that Bulgaria witnessed in 1886, and studying this event by its results and not its structural drivers, then we stand before a strange political phenomenon in Bulgaria at that time, which raises confusion and questions, as the pragmatic interests of the major powers in this country cannot go away. And its ties are easy, unless its role is embodied in political practices that reflect the strength of its power, the aspiration that its foreign policy can reach, and the political body that it aims to appear before international public opinion, and perhaps all of that, what applies to the political role of the British government in Bulgaria in 1886, this political role that must be taken into account, and the most important competing factors for it in Bulgaria must be studied, at a time when the major international powers at that time had not decided their centers of influence in Bulgaria, and if international competition is necessary to activate its influence there, then it must To be carried out on a basis different from the policy of direct intervention, and very consistent with the laws of the political crises that those countries created with their tools in the region in question to open the door to political interference to their deaths. It can be said that it is a debt of establishment, as Bulgaria was founded from the womb of the international protocols agreed upon by the major powers, and it cannot, after that, close the doors of international interventions.
