| Notes | The research dealt with the will in its linguistic and terminological sense, as well as its pillars and conditions in accordance with the legal provisions deduced from the detailed evidence contained in the Book of God and the Sunnah of the Messenger of God (peace be upon him). Several types of wills emerged that expressed the nature and understanding of Mosul society of the importance of the will as a legal aspect that must be applied in a way that preserves the family and Mosul society from disintegration. |
