Notes The scientific and intellectual life of the Ottomans is one of the most neglected issues that has not received in-depth research, even though the scientific and intellectual life in the Ottoman era is an integral part of the history of science and thought in the Islamic world, so that this topic constitutes great importance in understanding the scientific and intellectual contribution made by the Ottomans in general. In this context, studying the Ottoman School and its role in judicial and administrative life is extremely important. The Ottoman School was a civilized institution with a special character, prepared to produce generations that carried Islamic thought within them, followed its concepts, and played their role in Ottoman society. Therefore, it can be said that the Ottoman School played a prominent role in shaping the mind and awareness of the Ottoman Empire.
