Notes	Research objectives: This research aims to shed light on European interest in the Arabic language, the beginnings of teaching the Arabic language, and laying the foundations for Arabic studies in Europe, which paved the way for the beginning of Qur’anic studies in Austria in its current form. In this context, it should be noted that Sassi Salem Al-Hajj’s comprehensive study on Orientalist studies, unfortunately, omitted the mention of Arne Ambros, the late professor of Arabic studies at the University of Vienna in Austria, and did not refer to the quantitative methods that he introduced in Qur’anic studies. Study method: In an attempt to demonstrate some of the advantages of applying quantitative linguistic methods, we presented a study of the unique words hapax legomena, which were only mentioned once in one of the texts, in addition to presenting some results that The researcher reached it through a multi-level linguistic analysis of the verses of the Qur’an. Results: This research demonstrated that quantitative linguistic studies of the Arabic language are still in their infancy, and that their methods can contribute to deepening our understanding of a text that has previously been studied extensively, such as the Holy Qur’an. The research also showed that this type of study can open for us new horizons of research in the study of the Qur’anic text and Arabic literature in general. Originality of the research: The materials presented in this research are based on the first study of its kind on the verses. The Qur’an, a rare study of an Arabic text using quantitative methods.
