Notes
This research paper seeks to add a new standard for adopting halal, related to boycotting the products of the (Israeli occupation), which represents a more severe case than the case of usurpation, and it has been decided in Islamic jurisprudence that the sale of usurped money is invalid. This research paper has concluded by confirming the standard of boycotting the products of the Israeli occupation as a necessary but insufficient condition for legal safety (halal). Activating this standard will have a positive impact on the level of halal, pure and free of all suspicions, on the one hand, and on the other hand, it will have a supportive purposeful effect in lifting the injustice against the Palestinian person, whose property and entire homeland has been usurped by the Israeli occupation. The global boycott movement against the Israeli occupation is increasing and expanding its geographical area, and the governments of the world should join this popular movement. This research paper has monitored the approved jurisprudential opinion on the subject of usurped money and its provisions, in order to add a standard related to usurped money to the permissible standards. With the aim of purifying international trade of products usurped by the Israeli occupation. This research paper also monitored the position of international civil laws on dealing with usurped products, as well as the international principles related to this matter. The study gives more focus, attention and verification to the halal certificate issued by Turkish institutions.
