The research deals with the study of the endowment books of Muhammad Ali and his family members from the lands of Al-Jaflak in the Diwan Al-Qalmanah preserved in the National Archives. An archival and documentary study in the period from 1254 AH/1838 AD to 1260 AH/1844 AD, which is considered a sub-series of the comprehensive archival book of the Diwan Al-Almanama. And the stages of recording these endowments, then studying them archivally with the aim of enumerating them, introducing the archival series, preparing multi-level description cards for them, identifying the relationship of the study documents to the documents and books of the Diwan of the Calendar, then a documentary study of the internal and external characteristics of the books, publishing and translating the Ottoman orders, publishing models of the orders contained in Arabic, publishing models of the book’s endings, and studying the stages of writing the books. The study concluded with the publication of the endowment spaces on mosques, corners, and shrines. And the signs according to what was mentioned in the livelihood books, and an alphabetical index was created for the districts and another for the institutions in question, in addition to an appendix of the pictorial plates.
