Notes Syria and Lebanon are considered a prominent and important point in the field of the work of European missionaries in the Arab world because of the presence of a suitable ground for consolidating the influence and work of these missions in the presence of the multiple Christian sects, including Catholics, Protestants, and Orthodox.
