Notes The Holy Qur’an, the blessed book of God, its secrets and treasures, is an extended, shady shadow with no interruption or prohibition. Its gifts and blessings are the gifts and blessings of Godhead. Since the first Qur’anic word that was revealed to the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - it changed the face of the world and illuminated the earth with the light of the words of its Lord. From that moment on, the Holy Qur’an has been the focus of Muslims’ attention for preservation, care and study. Indeed, all the sciences that arose in the embrace of Islamic civilization had their source. Its cause is the Holy Qur’an, for it is from it and to it. Scholars of all walks of life continue to serve the Holy Qur’an and explain its secrets, its eloquence, and its miracles. Out of their extreme care and care for the Holy Qur’an, their research extended to drawing the Quranic word. They wrote books that describe the forms of drawing the word and which direct this or that drawing. This research aims to pause carefully with the issue of the rhetorical miracle of Uthmanic drawing. Therefore, it was appropriate for this study to show the Uthmanic drawing and the opinions of scholars regarding the suspension or compatibility of drawing and discuss those opinions, and explain the origin of the saying about the miraculousness of drawing and the most important and famous of those who said it, ancient and modern, and present the miraculousness of Uthmani drawing on the meaning and controls of the miraculousness of the Holy Qur’an that have been established by scholars of miracles, as well as explaining the meaning of calligraphy and its function and the relationship of that to the hypothesis of the miraculousness of Uthmanic drawing, and the research concludes its talk by pausing with some words that were approved by Those who advocate the miraculous nature of Uthmanic painting, discussing and presenting it on the foundations and controls for deducing the Qur’anic meaning, and all of that leads to the opinion that satisfies the research into the issue of the rhetorical miraculousness of Uthmanic painting.
