Notes Through the research, the importance of Islamic arts in general and the extent of their progress is presented, and then the importance of Ottoman art and the diversity of applied antiques in that period, from tiles, ceramic vessels, metal antiques, wooden antiques, weaving and carpets, the extent of progress that the art has reached and the clear development in the style of its decoration and manufacture in a clear aesthetic manner, and also in the arts of the book, which was distinguished by its special character and its arrival to a great degree of progress and beauty, and after that, which is the content of the study and the importance of the writings that were found and engraved on the applied antiques and style. Its writing and development on the masterpiece with the progress of the Ottoman era, explaining what the artifact contains in terms of its preservation place and date of manufacture, mentioning the writings, and explaining the general form of this writing, whether in terms of the color and type of the script, whether Naskh script, Thuluth script, Kufic script, or Tughra script. After that, he explained the content of the writings that were found on the artifact, whether it was writing of a religious nature, mentioning a Qur’anic verse, or a hadith. Writings of a recording nature were also found that recorded the name of the owner of the artifact, or the name of the person who made it, or recorded the date of its manufacture. There are writings that specialize in the content of the antique and the occasion for its manufacture, and they are represented in rulings or expressions indicating that, and this is presented through detailed examples. Each type of antique has its own example and an explanation of its details, whether the place of preservation or the general description of the antique. The writings on it are explained in their form and content.
