Treatise on the mensuration of conic sections by Ibrāhīm ibn Sinān ibn Thābit ibn Qurrah (Ibrahim ibn Sinan ibn Thabit ibn Qurrah, d. 946).
The text contains seven diagrams, which are collected on a fold out (f. 197r) at the end of the text.
Beginnings (f. 191v, lines 2-3):
I had learned a book in the space of this piece in the past and changed the form of it to complete
The repaired version and the old version came out...
Ends (ff. 196r, lines 11-196v, line 1):
So the ratio of piece A H D to piece B C D is like the ratio of H C to our sanctity in a ratio if it is doubled
By refining, it was as a ratio of H C to H. In this example, we show that every two pieces are made of pieces

Bin Thabit in the area of parabolas, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, Praise be to those who are thankful
And may his prayers be upon our master Muhammad and his family. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs
