Contents: Fan Sixteen: Conditions of the bowels and anus, ff. 2v-71r; Fann Seventeen: Diseases of the anus, ff. 71r-81v; Fann Eighteen: Conditions of the kidneys, ff. 81v-103v; Fan Nineteen: Conditions of the bladder and urine, ff. 104r-131r; Fann Twenty: Conditions of the male sexual organs, ff. 131r-151v; [Fann Twenty-one: Diseases of the female sexual organs], ff. 152r-214v); Fan Twenty-two: External diseases and those at the extremities of the limbs, ff. 214v-241r. Some folios are missing after f. 151, so that the copy lacks the end of Fann Twenty and the beginning of Fann Twenty-one. The copy was completed Monday 25 Jumādá II 525/25 May 1131 (see colophon Section at the end of a manuscript text. , f. 241r, lines 9-10, transcribed below). Begins (f. 2v, lines 2-8): Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and may His prayers be upon all of His prophets, especially upon Muhammad the Chosen One and his pure family. The sixteenth art of the third book Concerning the conditions of the intestines and the crippled condition, which consists of five articles The first article in its anatomy and absolute absoluteness Anatomy of the six intestines. Indeed, the Almighty Creator has preceded His care for man His knowledge of his interests was preceded by the creation of his intestines, which are the machines for dispensing dry surplus Lots of numbers, twists and turns... Ends (f. 241r, lines 4-7): ... Swollen and itchy nails It is treated with sea water as a permanent wash and it disappears with it, or by cooking lentils and turmeric Or with hermaphrodite (?) cooking, and among its dressings are balbus, pitch, and cooked enamel Group and individual Colophon Section at the end of a manuscript text.
