(A speedy recovery and sufficient medicine) by the Ottoman litterateur, poet and physician of Mosul Muḥammad Amīn Bek ibn Ibrāhīm Bek ibn Yūnus Afandī ibn Yāsīn Afandī al-Muftī ibn Maḥmūd Afandī (Muhammad Amin Bey bin Ibrahim Bey bin Yunus Effendi bin Yassin Effendi Al-Mufti bin Mahmoud Effendi, d. ca 1812, see Raʾūf, 'al-Adīb al-ṭabīb Muḥammad Amīn Bek Āl Yāsīn al-Muftī al-Mawṣilī' [2016]), known as Amīn Bek Yāsīn Afandīzādah (Amin Bek Yassin Effendizadeh, see. f. 165v, line 2).
