Treatise on the construction of an equilateral heptagon within a circle by Abū Sahl Wayjan ibn Rustam al-Kūhī (Abu Sahl Wayjan ibn Rustam al-Kūhī also spelled al-Qūhī [Al-Quhi]; fl. second half of the 10th century).
The text contains seven diagrams, which are collected on a fold out (f. 188r) at the end of the text.
