Treatise on pharmacopoeia arranged head to toe by ailment by Najīb al-Dīn Abū Ḥāmid Muḥammad ibn ‘Alī ibn ‘Umar al-Samarqandī (Najib al-Din Abu Hamid Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Omar al-Samarqandī, d. 1222).
The treatise was copied at Tabriz during the last ten days of Ramaḍān 703/late-April or early-May 1304 by ‘Umar ibn Muḥammad ibn Sallām ibn ‘Abd Allāh al-Irbīlī (Omar ibn Muhammad ibn Salam ibn Abdullah al-Irbili) (see

The Book of the Qurabadin on the Order of Illnesses, Medicines for Head Illnesses, Love
Al-Mukayya (?) for headache medicine is filled with yarj, and ten dirhams of bitter melon grease are read
One-third and one-third of Saqmonia, two dirhams, and half of Tarbad and Astychodos, five from each

...If a clot is found in the bladder, drink cooked lentils, almond fat, butter or ghee
Water (?) He enters the bathroom every day after drinking it and sits until he empties in the abzan and uses moisturizing food.

What I found from the book of the two relatives, all praise and gratitude be to God, may God have mercy on those who looked into it and prayed for his work
He wrote it in [...] n, and that was on the date of the last ten days of Ramadan in the year seven hundred and three.
This is at the hands of the weak and fearful servant (?) of God Almighty, who knows the sins and sins of the servant of the family of Muhammad
The one who is extravagant (?) about himself, who confesses his sin and hopes for the mercy of his Forgiving Lord, is the most despised of God’s servants and the most in need of His forgiveness.
And his mercy, Omar bin Muhammad bin Salam bin Abdullah Al-Arbili, may God Almighty pardon and forgive his sins for Muhammad and his family.
We performed it in the city of the Almohads, Tabriz, Hamah (!), freeing from afflictions and infirmities along with all other pure and righteous people.
