Notes Part Ten of the Kitāb al-Ḥāwī (Book of Al-Hawi, Libre continues ), an encyclopaedic medical compendium by Abū Bakr Muḥammad ibn Zakarīyā al-Rāzī (Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Zakaria al-Rāzī; d. ca 925). Beginnings (f. 275, lines 2-6): While it facilitates childbirth, expels the fetus and placenta, and prevents Pregnancy, managing postpartum, midwifery, and signs of hardship Childbirth and its ease, miscarriage, and the illness called rha It is the false rope and the ills that are exposed from Severity of labor Ends (ff. 415r, line 17-415v, line 2): ...I saw A man developed dysuria and tenesmus in his heel, so he died on the seventh day Or something like that. Colophon Section at the end of a manuscript text. (f. 415v, lines 3-7): Part ten has been completed, praise be to God This is followed by the following statement in the chapter It is called Diabetes and dripping and running of urine Blab (?) wanted it and did not burn it [and] do not spit [in] the bladder And Al-Azioma (?) Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds
