An anonymous and untitled commentary on the alchemical didactic poem
al-Qaṣīdah al-Nūnīyah
by Abū al-Iṣbaʿ ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn Tammām al-ʿIrāqī (fl. late 4th AH/AD 10th century). Sezgin lists manuscripts of five commentaries on this poem (

4, p. 290; See also Ullmann, 1972, p. 220).
Begins (ff. 96v, line 17 - 97r, line 4):
Some commentators on a poem said:
The virtuous sage Abdul Aziz bin
Tamam Al-Iraqi, may God have mercy on them and be pleased with them
[f. 97r] I have read many of the poems of the craftsmen, but I have not seen an explanation of their origins
Its chapters are no clearer than the poem of the sage and philosopher Abu Al-Asba Abdul Aziz
Bin Tammam Al-Iraqi, for he collected in it the foundations of all industries, and even for my life, it has enriched me
About all the books of the wise...
Ends (f. 98r, lines 6-9):
...And his saying, “She named her liquid as a contract for her inanimate one,” only means
Analyzing the solid body and freezing the fluid pair, then waxing it with the dissolved body so that it does not differentiate or overlap
And there is no distinction [!] and this truth, so conceal it. If you achieve this work, you have attained the status of those mentioned
And more than that, with God’s will and power
