...The dictation was completed, thanks to and from God
On the date of the 2nd month of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1036, praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, his family, and his companions.
Ends (f. 132v, lines 8-11):
A person died and left behind fifteen males, so he inherited five-half, five-thirds, and five-sixths. The answer, and God knows best
If there are ten for a mother, they inherit a third, so each five gets a sixth, and five of these ten are annuities and the remaining five.
With Nawa'im also, they may narrate two-thirds, so the five cousins who are maternal brothers become one-third, along with the previous sixth, so half becomes with them.
Together with the five cousins who are not maternal brothers, they inherit one-third, and the five maternal brothers only inherit one-sixth, and God knows best
