Written in thick small naskh in black ink with use of red. Glazed European paper. Marginal annotations by another hand. Inscription on foll. 1a mentioning the number of ḥadīth contained in this text. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (faulty). Inscription in Roman script on a spine label and on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: “Y21” (repeated on the same pastedown in red pencil, “21Y”., Collation: Paper, fol. 309 ; 1-7¹⁰ 8⁸ (+1, fol. 73) 9¹⁰ 10¹² 11-15¹⁰ 16¹² 17¹⁰ 18⁸ 19-30¹⁰ 31⁸ ; catchword on the verso of each leaf; the quires are numbered using Arabic numerals (“al-awwal min [---]” on first quire). The harbinger is called Ziyad al-Jami’, its symbols are like its symbols, and the arrangement is like the arrangement, and my success is only with God... the letter hamza. The Day of Resurrection has come, the door of Paradise will be opened for me, and I will see my Lord. Explicit: Ease is right and hardship has fled from a man who has finished s-shape running pattern. Similar outer frame on the fore-edge flap, with a round stamp on the point of the later.
