A part of the colophon is lacking because the last folio is defective., Collation: Paper ; fol. 190 ; catchwords ; foliation in ink using Hindu-Arabic numerals ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 17 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red., Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (anchor topped with a star) ; MS in fair condition, stained with dampness., Decoration: Title page illuminated with framing in gold? and red. Inner frame containing the title has cloud background in gold?, Origin: According to colophon copy completed Thursday Rabīʻ al-Akhir 976 (fol. 190a)., Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله بارئ البريات وغافر الخطيات ... اما بعد فقد قال الله عزوجل في کتابه العزيز خطابا لعباده وتفهيما ..., Colophon: ... وافق الفراغ من نسخه نهار الخميس شهر ربيع الاخر سنة ست وسبعون [سبعين] وتسعمائة على يد العبد | Later type II (with flap) binding in red leather. Blind-stamped mandorla with pendants and cornerpieces and blind-tooled decorative edging on covers. Similar decorationon flap.
