After the colophon occurs a statement that the MS was copied for al-Muṭahhar ibn al-Qāsim ibn Amīr al-Muʼminīn., Collation: Paper ; fol. 126 + (1) ; catchwords ; Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 25 lines per page; Frame-ruled in red., Description: Text in red and commentary in black; overlining and other use of red; vowel signs; faintly pink-colored paper ; MS in good condition except several folios are worm-eaten and mended., Origin: According to colophon copied 3 Rabīʻ II [1]070 by Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyá ibn ? (fol. 126b)., Incipit: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. We praise You, O One who explained our breasts to summarize the statement in clarifying the meanings, Colophon: The emptiness of its number was on the blessed Day of Resurrection, 3 of the month of Rabi’ al-Akhir, of the months of the year 070 [1] AH | Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in red leather. Blind-stamped mandorla with pendants and blind-tooled decorative edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap. Pink paper pasted down with watermark.
